How does this service work?

Easy Peasy!

Step One: Book your order online.
Step Two: On your scheduled delivery day, leave your empty cylinders by the front door or any place that’s convenient for us to pick them up. (You’ll receive a text message and/or email with a delivery ETA and shortly after City Soda will swap your empty cylinders for full ones, kinda like a Milkman)
Step Three: You’ll get a final text message and/or email confirming that the delivery is complete and you’re all set to enjoy some Bubbles!

Will you refill any companies’ cylinders?

You bet! We’ll exchange any brand 60L cylinder using either a Twist-on style connection or a Quick Connect system.

How does the exchange work if I live in a condominium?

Before you order your cylinders, you can provide detailed instructions to the driver as to where your empty cylinders have been placed. Some customers leave them in their mail room where other packages are delivered, while others choose to leave them with their concierge.

You can also arrange to meet us at the front door of your building, or simply buzz our driver in to your building and leave your empty cylinder(s) outside your unit door for contactless delivery. We will notify you when we are approximately 20 minutes away.

What a great service! It was so easy and efficient and for 13 bucks it’s so worth it. Most places now, even with an exchange canister, are minimum 20 dollars, and some are 30 and don’t care if you have a replacement cartridge. It’s pretty much half price or less. Love this service! I recently ordered bottles to replace my sodastream ones and they delivered right to the front door as promised. They even worked around a glitch in their website that blocked my postal code from being servicable (if you run into this, email them!). I'll rec this to anyone that has a soda water and/or homemade soda addiction, for sure.

I’ve been using City Soda since I read about them. I was a customer in Vancouver and recently moved to Burnaby. Their product is perfect. Their customer service is amazing. They deliver the cartridges right to your door. And the price is only $12 filled. They will take your old soda stream cartridges as well. Can’t get better than this.

Smooth and easy! dropped at the door of my Suite and collected the ones I left out for them to pick up. They seem to be working just the same as the SodaStream Brand ones, with on exception... I saved money, since these are a much better price! I'm a convert.
